Recently, we were contacted by a large contract cleaning firm, who had been in the business for over a decade. WINAIM’s performance dashboards also provided a deeper graphic visibility of the performance of every possible entity within the organisation which enabled them to track and locate what went wrong and were able to diagnose the problem with immediate effect. It eventually enhanced the over-all operations, maintenance and collaboration capabilities of the organisation and they have been able to maintain a continuous improvement loop.
