WINAIM’s SmartWear – Enhance operation visibility by using WINAIM’s SmartWear. The WINAIM SmartWear application lets you perform incident capture, raise non conformances  during swift walk around and stand-up meetings  on a Smart watch. The convenience of the SmartWear helps you make hassle-free granular observations without the burden of carrying around a device.

WINAIM Advanced Audit scheduling – Optimize resource planning by allocating business resources more efficiently.  Automate repetitive tasks, track contract SLAs, distribute actions for resolution and streamline reporting using WINAIM’s powerful and flexible advanced scheduling tools. 

The audit scheduling feature from WINAIM provides  the ability to breakdown contract scope into  modular templates associating calendar based tasks with precise frequency. WINAIM helps you construct detailed granular calendar schedule and associate  colors, process area, schedule, role, user, location  and tasks. WINAIM automatically delivers the tasks as “pre configured profiles” to respective user devices, based on their specific roles. WINAIM operations dashboard presents the current status of tasks across sites and contracts visually indicating specific status.

 

Location and asset identification with geo-tagging– WINAIM adds geocode to data captures automatically. By adding geo-code to data capture, WINAIM ensures   tasks were performed or signed off or submitted from specific pre-assigned locations adding transparency to reporting. WINAIM prevents users from performing data captures or tasks should the location validation fail.

 

Secure Authentication with QR code scan – WINAIM offers QR code based identification that can help the managers and team leaders, through the authentication process by simply scanning a QR code from an authorized mobile device. This simple authentication process offers convenience to the users as the system presents the details of key people responsible for the site or asset, site information, pending actions and performance history. This saves time and users needed not remember or look up the location code and user information.

WINAIM’s intelligent identification tool also offers enhanced Security with WINAIM’s secure QR code validation system, which enables you to validate and approve audits by scanning a QR Code instead of recalling and typing-in a PIN to approve the audits.

 

Intelligent Action Distribution & Tracking – This feature allows you to take a proactive and automated approach to the corrective and preventive action process, to ensure that the non-conformance are not repeated. WiNAiM employs pre-configured workflows for the actions raised based on various factors such as location, time-frames, critical area, critical resolution, etc.

When there is deviation in conformance the automated workflows automatically distribute the required actions to the specified users and/or roles. These raised actions can be made automatically available (in real-time) for the user(s) pre-set to resolve those actions and if failed, an automated escalation path is executed notifying respective internal and external users.

Email alerts and reminders about the raised actions can be configured to notify the users resolving the actions. It also updates the audit scores automatically after the raised actions have been successfully resolved.
